PassPilot helps you prepare for:

• German Citizenship Test (Einbürgerungstest)
• Leben in Deutschland Test

We provide practice questions, progress tracking, and study tools.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app.

3. Payments

• Premium features available via Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play
• Refunds handled by Apple/Google per their policies
• Lifetime Premium = one-time purchase, valid indefinitely

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not share your account
• Do not reverse-engineer the app
• Do not use for commercial purposes

5. No Guarantee

PassPilot is a study aid. We do NOT guarantee you will pass the actual Einbürgerungstest or Leben in Deutschland test. Results depend on your preparation and effort.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages from using this app. Use at your own risk.

7. Termination

We may terminate access if these terms are violated.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law.
